Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@maglatch.store within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, email us immediately at support@maglatch.store with a photo and your order number — we’ll fix it quickly.
